colored LED light on dreamcast?

:confused: well i try to change the LED light after i was done changing the new restrictor and it was a huge success:bgrin: thanx to the guys who told me about the website..

but now..i tried to put a colored LED to replace the orange one that glowes..
i wanted green on there..
it worked for like about 6 seconds and turned off..
but the dreamcast works perfectly..

any specific way to solder this? any websites? anything? :confused:

Restrictor, do you mean resistor? Maybe the green LED needs a different resistor than the stock orange one...

BTW, could I have your orange stock LED? I'm looking for one for a joystick project. I can send you a Self addressed stamped envelope you could just drop in a mailbox? :tup:
