Anyone try this USB 3-in-1 converter (Saturn, PSX, DC)

It has a Saturn, PSX, and DC connection to USB. I'm concerned with Saturn one. Anyone tried it? Does it have any lag issues?

If so, does anyone know of a good saturn to usb convertor?

I don't have one but I've read a lot of positive reviews on it (don't think I ever saw a negative one). But as far as Saturn or Dreamcast to USB I don't think you really have any other options.
