Texas Showdown April 27, 28, 29 @George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston Texas. Conroexlexx is defenitely gonna be there and compete against top players. Im just hoping we get some Japanese players to come such as Daigo, Ino, Otaku, BAS, Ohnuki, Mago etc. to compete against top USA players . That would be awesome :wgrin: Damn, I cant wait. Whos all going? anyone here???

CvS2 is not team format. Only game that is singles.

I wanted to go this year, but CVS2 is singles and its 30$ entry fee before March 31, or $40 at the door + $10 per game I believe.

They are going to have a room for casuals, but you have to pay $40 entry fee to get in.

So if I want to play casuals (And haven't registered yet) its going to be 40 + 40 + whatever tournaments I enter?

No. Its $40 then $10 for whatever game you enter. $40 gets you almost everything even playing casuals in the ninja room. Go check out the website for details

Ever year a thread is made about Xbox live folks going to Showdown. This year is no different, but it looks like its not going to draw any outside of TX.

Man this year is whack. I live here and i'm not going. Fuck paying $40 to lose on japanese sticks when i just adapted to american. Plus team III strike?!?!?..........i'm not going. Sup smooth

Yea those sticks were hard as shit to play on. I couldn't do a super to save my life.
