The last backwards compatibility update before this one was in August 06, 8 months ago. In all likelihood, even if they do get to it, it won't be out til December, or 2008 :(

no it isnt a game breaking glitch having rc actually balances the game out and lets certain characters able to handle top tiers better

most people (aside from top players and japs of course) dont even use it right they just whore it thinking theyre invincible when the truth is rcing is quite risky nowadays cause most people know how to defend against it

thats why i only rc when i need it in a certain matchup (ex. sagat vs. a-sak)

i agree that sf3 is more fun than dead ass cvs2 lol
