Seriously, I've been going on maybe.....3 hours a sleep a day. For maybe, 2 months now. I'm not tired at all. Or if I feel tired I lay down and nothing happens. I'm getting a lot of stress with Law finals and all but it's getting insane. I was up till 8 a.m yesterday. Anyone had any similar issues? What did you do?

Oh yea, before anyone says it....I tried sex with my booty call and going at it solo and shit didn't help.

Recently, I've been experiencing a sleep related phenomenone known as Sleep Paralysis. Sometimes it's frightening, sometimes it's as if you've caught a brief glimpse of heaven. It's all supposed to be hallucinations though.

Sounds like the stress to me. One of the huge symptoms of overly high anxiety levels is an extreme change in sleeping patterns. The fact that you don't feel tired is even more of an indication that it could be stress-related; in those cases you often become kind of isolated from your body and stop paying attention to the signals you're getting.

If that is the case, really all you can do is try and eliminate some of the stress: take time out to relax every day, learn some good breathing techniques, and keep exercising. If it's really bad you could consider counseling/medication as well.

Yeah, Ive experienced a couple of those myself, but I dont believe they are hallucinations at all, it just feels too real.

It's 4:41 a.m., I've been awake since 11a.m., chances are I'll go to bed at around 8:30-9:00a.m..

This is happens almost every day, and has been like this for maybe little over a year now?

Yeah I'd say I have one sleep issue or another lol.

SUCCESS!

Takes me like 45 minutes every night from the time I lay down to actually fall asleep. Sucks

I have lived off of 4 hours of sleep a day at the most for the past 4 years.

The sun will be well up before I go to sleep tonight probably.

I'd say my issue is I don't have shit of importance to do

Yea. If these were isolated cases then I'd be scared outta my mind. Thank goodness they happen to occur all over the world and it's not just me, holy shit.

Gettin' pwnt by a parallel state here.
