Match set 2: (the sound is desynced for some reason, but im too lazy to fix it)

Was the straight jump after activation a accident?
It takes the pressure off especially considering Yang hasn't got the invincible frames to stop/trade a cr.lk or something.
I'm no Yun expert though so feel free to ignore.

These are great I think. I tried parrying ALOT of things which overall didn't happen. I ate a fine serving of genie-jin combos because I couldn't red-parry properly. Could have just blocked, but I wanted to be all high-speed and such. As I was watching the videos, I said "No!!" outloud when I saw some of the things that happened that I didn't intend on doing. It was silly.
Overall your Yun was pretty solid. You should work on your ground game, learn how to play Yun without having to jump in. I wish you would have used more low shorts during genie-jin, those are better for advancing and pressuring imo.
Looking forward too seeing more of these.

Sure. I'm not too genie-jin savy but I know how to work Yun's normals. We can do some mirrors later.

You should command throw during genei-jin. I dont recall seeing it once but I could be mistaken. He was set up for it. Yang doesnt have a ground counter so he has to rely on defense to withstand a genei-jin. He is a prime candidate for command throw x shoulder x hop kick x etc...
Otherwise, good shit.

the number 1 thing you need to work on is building meter. thats yuns game.
also if he keeps throwing you out of command grab attempts, work on doing ticks (cr short, standing short) into command grab. if the ticks hit, combo into genei jin, if the ticks are blocked go into zenpou tenshin. kara that command grab too.

karaing it doesnt do much, and doing the kara consistantly is harder than hell.

Hopefully it'll be easier for you to find a job then to put your 3S game back together. After last tournament I definitely have to lay off the Xbox Live before East.
