How do you get rid of those annoying Auto-install?

You guys ever goto a website and the browser automatically tries to install some kind of Windows 2000 file?

An example is this site: http://www.bleachexile.com/bleach%20manga%20volumes%2026-30.html

I was just wondering if there's some kind of way to disable this auto install bullshit in the browser menu -.-. Using IE 7.0 for the moment. dunno if this'll continue if i use Firefox though.

Use Firefox and download the NoScript extension.
