If I have to criticize, Blue Steel definitely has the best font sizes and icon images (like rep bars and topic buttons) of all the skins. I would rank Black as second best..

You can always tell if some one is really banned or goofing around with it by clicking on their rep or PM buttons and if it still works then they're not really banned.

Happens to me too. I guess the prem forums default to (and override yours with) that skin. Kinda like the XBL forums used to (or still do?)
