So yeah, does anyone listen to these idol groups?
Like Morning Musume, Berryz, C-ute or whichever.

I think these groups are fairly good, leaving out the pedophile factor, ofcourse (Many groups average of 13-15 years of age), but I still think the girls are really cute.

I like C-ute way more than any other group, iono why, they're really good, and they actually sound good in live performances, which I think is fairly rare nowadays.

i hate j-pop. i don't even like american pop groups and they're 10 times better than their j-pop counterparts but I did use to watch a little Hey! Hey! Hey! Music Champ cause the hosts, i think they names are downtown or something, they used to repeatedly slap the guests over the head. that brought me much joy.

i dont count metal under "jrock"...to me jrock is the commercial japanese rock music most anime fags like. ive heard all those bands and dont like any of them though, power metal especially is about as gay as jpop.

Yeah, that is true. Morning Musume is like, 90% lipsync, which sucks cuz a lot of them are hot, but they look a bit awkward when they go on stage.

What exactly is "having taste", then? Since you obviously "have taste", i'm pretty sure you listen to just about the best music ever - I doubt it. What i'm getting at is that you obviously think Metal or whatever is for people with taste, I beg to differ, I find Metal annoying and a lot of it sounds like me on days where i'm having dhiarreah attacks after eating a bad batch of sushi.
Grow up, man, not everyone's gonna like the same type of music as you, and you're not gonna like the same type of music as other people's, but saying people don't have taste because they listen to different types of music is just stupid.
