Ibuki's animations consist of a total of 1,704 spites. I guess sprites would be the same as frames right? If so then the top 3 would be:Ibuki: 1,704 Elena: 1,503 Makoto: 1,438
This is just based off of their sprite animations from the sprite packs I use to make avatars, so by no means should you take it as 120% accurate... dood.

Im talking Frames per second. Refresh rates, more to do with animation.

Keep in mind that the game runs at 60 frames per second, so a 10-frame leeway means 10 out of 60 frames, or 1/6th of a second. This means you have to cancel the normal attack into the throw VERY QUICKLY.
