Take Sean off that list, lol. No one will ever play him in a tourney. Ever.

Against Elena: she b+roundhouses a lot, kara throws, and uses her command overheads. If she be using SA2, watch out for her c.mp.
Ibuki: ask deviljin, cant help you much since i dont know much about her
Yang: similar to yun but a lot more in your face. arguably tougher to play against than yun if played right. anything you leave out can be usually punished with ex mantis slashes
Dudley: My main character. Ken is a good matchup vs duds. You just have to play safe really and not get put in the corner. My standing roundhouse will snuff a lot of your standing normals, but you have much better distance low pokes. Its still not an easy battle but ken has to good tools to counter duds
Q: Not much to it. Dont be stupid and underestimate Q cause he can still hand you your ass on a plate. Try not to let him get 3 taunts in. After 3 your shippu combos do shit damage. You have a large upper hand cause you got a powerful combo with no meter anywhere on the screen, mp-hp-lp shoryu-lp shoryu. low medium is your friend as well as sweep, but be careful with your sweep if he has meter. A good Q will reversal the blocked sweep with SA1 a lot.
Necro: cant really help much here :(
Sean: Ummm....your normals are superior in everyway...just dont loose this match...ever.

Elena, Ibuki, Yang, Dudley (especially), Q, Necro, Sean
Elena: She is rough. What good players will do with her is trap u in corner and do all around diff attacks. So you'll have to be good at blocking air atacks and trips and ect. She has a really fast air attack, her <-- + medium kick. People will use that attack a lot. Also watch out for her healing. Its so gay, what she'll do is either throw you or trip you. Then she does fast activation on it which will refill about 1/5 her health and wont give you time to punish or interupt her powerup. I'd say your best special is your shoryuken ones (so first and second). Its because of its fast activtion and high priority. You need some time to get your head straight so keep that whore away.
Ibuki:Shes like elena except faster :P. Ibuki is fast and well usually evade back out of an attack fast if not successful. Her --> medium kick is used a lot and will hit you if your crouching. She trips fast and can link up to 4 juggling hits to the trip. Also she has an annoying dash grab that u have to be crouching to block. Its fast espescially when its EX. It will do impressive damage. mmm, also watch her doushin throw. you can parry and block it. So its not really a grab. I'd suggest a shoryuken special again. 3rd special is still good though. Shoryuken with fierce is good against her air. It will go through her kunai dagger throw.
Yang: He is like the last two. He'll keep u blocking with mantis slash and The Crane kick, with the crane he'll hit you no matter what if your crouching. If hes right next to you and jumps straight up he'll use this kick, it'll go straight into you. If hes using his third special seiei-enbie(?) just remember that every attack he does is followed by two other imediate mimic attacks so dont let him get any momentum on you. if he gets mantis on you its beastly. ya gotta learn to predict and block. Keep jumping away! and watch his dash, he'll dash behind you.

Dudley:I'm guessing by these characters that you get cornered and trapped a lot with high/low attacks. Dudley is for the most part a torso height attacker. He does have a delay trip and if he gets it on you it starts a juggle combo which can be accompanied by supers ><. He has another trip thats faster too but it is not linkable. Also be careful with Dudley's cross-counter. If you hit his torso region while hes in the slouching positon he'll take the damage but will do unblockable (usually) and big damage to you. Dudley is all momentum so keep him homebound. He will juggly you like a bitch. When hes threw with you you'll either be dead or close. Hes has bad air combat and his main anti-air attack (shoryuken-type uppercut) is just one parry and is just as easy as ryu's shoryuken to parry. Third special is a deff. His EX does good damage. Use your third special. Learn to do crouching medium kick then your special because they link. (Just do it fast and train! Its fast activation). EX hadouken works well but like humbug said dont let him get too close.
Q: He is capable of massive punishment so always be cautious and dont make mistakes. Be careful with your specials because if they miss he has priority on you which is not good! I suggest a lot of projectiles. A lot of Q players rely on his regular grabs so just do the grab parry. Also his special grab is easily linkable and can cause a lot of damage. he has a dash attack that can hit all regions. they can be stopped with a timed kick/punch. They are not fast like makoto's shotgun punch, they are delayed. Q is all timing to use. His second super has maximum priority and will do crazy damage. Throw some hadoukens just remember not to get too close. His only distance attack is his dash smash. Lots of jabs are real good because they have priority over most of his attacks just dont get close. If he has super always suspect his special is coming near.
Necro: He'll keep you away with his numerous distant attacks. He is a real distinct player. He has an air attack which i like to call the indian torpedo because it is exactly like the old school dhalsm attack. This attack can be up to 3-4 hits and will come down on you like an angle so be sure to stand up if your blocking. He usually use high attacks such as he hammer kick so watch out if your crouching. His magnetic storm always has priority and presents no time for punishment. also his electric snake is a low attack special so crouch. I'd suggest using Ken's third special. Throw some hadoukens at him. Hes mainly penetrable by jumping in but dont do it if he has magnetic storm and is maxed. His regular attacks are medium delay, his trip is decent too. Don't let yourself jump at him too much. Hes all defense so be a patient striker.

Sean's moves have little priority but he is still sorta fast. The better sean players will utilize his EX because hes regular moves are rather easy to parry. His uppercut will evade some attacks because he ducks before he does it. Hmm not much else. His Hadou-burst is his most popular super but its only one parry. Its fast activation, when the sean does his uppercut he'll connect it but other then that its easy to parry if u have a bit of space between you. Also his special grab can cause a lot of damage and you have to be blocking to crouch it. With Ken you should be able to overwhelm him with fast and different attacks. You'll usually have priority.
When i play as ken i like to use fierce shoryuken for anti-air but make sure to get the timing right so the player jumping at you recieves at least 2 of the hits so he wont parry. Make sure to dash a lot, and I mean a lot. Don't ever try to finish a guy off with hurricane kick. Also practise your hurricane kick in the air, it usually always has priority if you get the timing right. Just remember that you should only do it when the enemy is jumping from a certain distance to you and you want to parallel in the air with him/her to get him.
Go to training and practice your punishments, also get your supers down so you can do them fast and on command. 3rd super is easily linkable with crouching medium kick. For EX moves i like to use the hadouken like daigo. Also the ex shoryuken is fast priority when your on the ground. If you hit a guy in the air with the EX Hurricane kick it can set up a juggle. I usually use medium punch shoryuken for it unless i have 2nd super.
Basically its all practise and if ya ne more questions ill help ya as best as i can.
I'd love to give ya some more tips but it can only be on this site because I dont have xbox live right now :(

Well first of all a good Ibuki isn't going to going to be trying to evade.. especially in xbl. Pretty much everything she does is safe so that doesn't leave a lot of options for you if Ibuki stays on your ass. You're pretty much stuck in block stun if Ibuki's rushing you down. Also, Ibuki don't deal a lot of damage in a single combo so Ibuki's gotta stay on the offensive.. some things that you gotta watch out for are the standing jab which is only 2 frame start up and a bitch to deal with in lag. She can just walk towards you and standing jab and you can't do nothing about it except parry and try and time a reversal srk. Another move you gotta watch out for is f+hk which will catch you if you try to jump away.. if you try and crouch.. if you pretty much try and do anything except block, parry, or a nicely timed srk
I think the dash grab you're referring to is the qcf+p special move? If that's it.. then you ll only see that on xbl and if you block it.. its ggpo for Ibuki. You can pretty much have your way with Ibuki if you block that and that's soemthing Ibuki can't be having.
Ex Kunai's are also a bitch.. the block stun on them is mad long and if they're done at the right time you can combo anything off of them. The only way around htem is by parrying them because if you block the ex kunai then Ibuki will have like a second and a half to get in position to do whatever she wants to Ken.. but Machine is right how an srk or any normal move goes through the kunai.. but I think that jab srk trades off with the Kunais
What hte fuck's a doushin throw?
Edit: If you're talking about hcb+p then it isn't parryable.. it can only be blocked

Her special throw, not the super move though it mimics it. its hcb+p. Its called the Raida and it is parriable... I was not talking about her super move. BTW when i say evade i mean that she'll go in for the attack then go back to a safe distance. The dash grab im talking bout is the qcf+p the Kubiori. I don't really have much of a prob with her kunai. ppl usually do it to try and finish you off.

Kunai is more for spacing, safe jump ins, and parry bates. Its a good move but gets beat by normal moves D:

Raida is not parryable. Look it up.. I use it all the time when I'm sick of people parrying. It's also listed not to be parryable on the srk wiki which was compiled by people who know Ibuki. And yes.. I understand what you're saying about evade.. and I'm saying that that isn't what Ibuki should be doing. She should be keeping the person in lock down since she has frame advantage on pretty much everything except a low sweep. Even mk. blade kicks are safe.. but I dont know about against shippu's.
Ex Kunai is probably the move I abuse most.. it's like Ibuki having an air fireball

this is nothing like DOA online. go play ghaleon, he lives in your state. unless you already know what its like you will learn nothing about high level play from XBL.

GS PL. DOA was actually my favorite 3d fighter around the time I first started playing 3S. I still like DOA a lot but it's come down to the fact that it's hard to get people to take the game seriously (at least the hardcore fighting game community any ways). I always liked the counter/parry systems in DOA/3S and for me 3S is like a 2d version of DOA. Anything can happen because of the parry system. Granted there's different things about each game's engines that people will argue about but that's another discussion.
Seeing you live in OH that means we should have a decent connection. I'll unretire myself from XBL again to play some games vs. you. I play a good bit of the cast but my main is Ibuki so you can get that experience vs. a rarely used character.
