I wasnt expecting this to stretch for two days but more and more people wanted to get in and wanted it full scale 2/3 double elim (which i wasnt gonna do in the first place) but nonetheless surprisingly this game got a great turnout considering... with some old school and new steppin up to take it in possibly the last Alpha 2 tournament in the East Coast so gg's and thanks to everyone for playing!

Actually you didnt get last those results are from top 16 and 22 ppl entered. Also you played really well Chibi I can see from watching you over the years you've gotten alot more patient, just deliver more!


Also contrary to popular beliefe ALL of Sanfords matches with Justin were very very close and it wasnt free for Justin at all, he'll tell you that! I believe the score in the finals was 2-1, 3-2 Justin.

LOL I don't play Alpha 2 at all. As in I may have played it 5 total times in my life. I try to use Ryu's hop kick and Phil smacks me the fuck out. I just forfeit the second one so as not to further disgrace myself. Thanks for running the tourney Jeron, looked like good matches from what I saw.

That's what I was saying. I saw these guys playing A2 and almost assumed you were there playing. I would have entered if I knew I wasn't going to lose for free. I'd probably end up using easy mode Rose any ways like David Sirlin...or now Justin Wong.

this is the information that I got from RWD about this A2 tournament in Japan that happen in 13 May 2007:

"New Japanese A2 videos from Mikado featuring Mattsun (ST Ken player) and AKIRA (possibly the same guy who plays ST Blanka)"

just watch the videos, they have a damn solid zangief! O_O and those kens.. shit.. o_O, the Japs can sure play A2, watch the vids and see by yourselfs.
