The talent in Hell's Kitchen seems to be dropping with each season. The show's still great to watch, but looking at the people on it really makes me ask what the requirements are to be on this show. The first season had plenty of people who were professionally trained and had some real skill (especially the two guys who made it to the finals). The second season had zero talent except for Heather who actually showed some potential.

Can't wait to see how Ramsey messes with these people.

Keeping Aaron around is a good strategy

Actually I feel keeping Aaron around is a horrible strategy that sabatoges your own team. Think about it - Chef Ramsey picks the WORST team each night right? That team loses members from their group until the group is so small they are forced to combine with the other team.

By keeping Aaron around you increase your team's chances of losing. The more times you lose the more people from your team get put up on the chopping block and that includes YOU. Everybody fucks up sooner or later and if you just so happen to screw something up on the same night Aaron cries into someone's dinner and thus pushes your team into "the worst" category, guess what? You'll be at the chopping block.

What they should actually do is try to win as much as possible and make the red team lose people - not backstab each other right now. The guy Rock elected with the spikey hair didn't deserve to be up there that night, he almost single handedly won them that challenge! Aaron didn't even compete! Heck, he didn't even cook. He deboned fish - badly.

In conclusion, Aaron = Fat Asian Cowboy Dan. They need to get rid of him quick before he otoko michi's his whole team.

Same for the punishment. Grnated, Red lost only once, but their punishment? Re decorate the dining room. Big fucking deal!! Blue loses? Peel potatoes or separate garbage or eat some fucked up shit. Not to mention, usually Ramsay goes with the girls when they win, and chats them up and occasionally helps them out with tips and what not (you saw a lot of that last season). Blue always gets sent out on their own. They actually dont get the benefit of his company. I root for Blue team just cuz they suck and are the underdog, but damn!
