I actually downloaded that movie yesterday after seeing that clip lol. Its called Downfall. Pretty interesting movie and it gives you a rare glimpse at the final hours of the Nazi regime. It kind of ran long I think and some of the ending parts were a little redundant but there were a few tibits that were interesting. Worth watching for any history buff.

From what I understand, its a foreign film that came out in Germany 2005. I think it was nominated for best foreign film but im not sure if it won. I didn't recognize any actors either. The entire film is in German.
