View Full Version : 3rd strike ranking?

Is there a way to see the full xbox-live ranking for 3rd Strike? In game you can see the top 100 and you can see the names near your rank, but I can't seem to figure out how to view the entire ranking.

well you can check yours after signing in.
you can check your friends, send them friend request then click their name again and go to ranking. not sure.

Why does it matter? Anyone below 1000th place doesn't matter any ways. If you're under 999 place you're just 999th place person number 39092. You're useless. Fuck that...1st place guy doesn't even matter and the rankings are biased to who plays the most. Not who's the most skilled player. I could just play all day and night 24/7 and as long as I break even in my win/loss ratio I'm number 1. If these were offline tournament rankings then it'd be something worth talking about. Otherwise just play the game and have fun playing it. If anything the rankings are what ruin the game because it persuades people to believe that they must take their online play seriously. Go to a tournament if you want to take something seriously.

before you sign out if you press START and go to PLAYERS.
you can see who you have played recently.

Who gives a shit bout yo friend. He's yo enemy if he didn't send you a friend request the first time. Best recognize.

In all seriousness though...even if you could look through the rankings it would take a long time to find that person and if they play enough you should be able to find them again. This is pretty much the place to post if you want to look for people to play any ways. That same person more than likely posts here.

Oh and sorry about the attack. I figured you were just another n00b looking to see himself go up the Live ranks. If you took it that well though you'll be at home quickly.

Thanks for the note about the in game players list, I discovered it on my own tonight just clicking around.

Like one out of every five people I play, I get a really nice connection that is very close to arcade feel. I wish the game would tell me the actual pings, not this "good" crap. Gimme a list of players and pings.. then I'd be happy.

The first guy I played, the ping was awesome, played 39 rounds until 3am then I had to sleep. Guess I'll just have to keep an eye out for him. Evenly matched, too. Was 20 / 19 in the end.

Yeah...I more so create trouble by myself than get into altercations with anyone. It's just not worth it over a message forum. Sometimes I'll just type whatever comes off the top of my head and that's what happened in this topic. :lol:

Oh and yes...you cant play CVS2 unless you're angry about something. It's like a really slow paced Marvel.
