Someone used Akuma last night, had some amazing skill with but, i quit because it became slightly annoyying that everytime you did Hard Kick Hurricane, i would duck it, but the last hit of the hurricane, it would hit the back of my head. That person just kept doing that, i got frustrated and quit after losing for like the 5th time in a row lol. Well done to you dude, but please stop that move LOL.

Yeah Quagstav, i hate quitting, i only leave if there is severe Lag, the Opponent im facing cannot play Street Fighter and uses some dodgey way to win, (Basically no skill involved). I didnt want to leave with that guy i played, but he was pissing me off lol. I became determined to beat him, but lag was Fucking up my game, my Tech's were all off key lol. I love losing in street fighter. Because that is how we get better. Lol, but the Akuma User was sooooooo Annoying lol.

It was amazing, especially this Japanese dude, He completed third strike with Q. Ended up getting some finally grade of RQS. I was like "WTF........". I'm amazed at some players skill, but there are too many sore losers in the fighting game world. Especially at the arcades. I mean when i lose, i go and shake the persons hand and say good game. But when i beat some people, they just say im cheap, and its laggy. Im like, this is an arcade machine you prick lol. Some people have no respect lol. Peace out guys. GG's Barricua4Life. Impressive execution and timing on a lot of stuff, button strings with Dudley and Ibuki in particular. But you jump on the order of 10 times as often as you should and your shotos are completely and utterly dependent on crossups! The instant you get within sweep distance, you would try for the crossup. Aside form it working more often that it should in lag, I was getting bored shitless of contending with it. :lol:

In addition, you Ibuki abuses lag extensively. Your :r: + :mk: was consistently being blocked, but the connection would not for the life of me allow me to block low before you threw out her SA3. Be careful with this - it will not work offline! You also seemed very experience in knowing where and when to cover your mistakes with her. Same thing with Dudley. When you were trailing and you needed damage, you did jumping :hk: into his low jabs repeatedly. I was looking for it, but could not block low ...not even once. You only ever release your supers by gambling on my wakeup too.

You could be good! Stop jumping, start hit confirming!

GG's Zen. Are you on 360? I was seeing crazy slow down when I played Oro. I was really hoping to run into Yeah Dood 120% tonight, for some crazy character select and super art select randomness, but you had to put up with it instead :lol: Sorry for the shitty roster. The only characters I can actually play out of that lot, are Twelve and Sean. :lol: My Oro must've been a right pain in the ass. That Tengu block stun stuff is bullshit on Live. My apologies. :lol:

If you're open to critique; I think you tick into dash throws, way, way too often. I had the pattern down after the first round and though I ticked out of a lot of them, some of the ones that got through should have been countered. If you check that video I posted a while back, you'll probably be able to see this in your shotos - I haven't actually checked.

Nice long set. You have a good Makoto but I think your biggest draw back is that your set ups are too repetitive. I only noticed about 3 different patterns in your game and it was easy to guess what attacks you were going to use for the most part. Work on that and I can see your Makoto going places. I would have used my Makoto and showed you some stuff but I absolutely hate Makoto mirror matches on XBL. Fun set though, I look forward to more with you.

I was searching for something for Amir yesterday and decided to search my xbox live account and found out people actually mention me lol. Just wanted to come in and say whats up to everyone, and I'll try and start posting the gg's or bg's I have with people.

One thing I do wanna throw out there for the record is that theres two people that play on my account. If its Ibuki, or lately Elena, or a rare black Chun Li then you're actually playing me, If you're playing a taunt happy / drop happy Ken Alex Urien etc thats my best friend lol. I never play Ken or ALex or anything and I don't generally drop on anyone unless I gotta take off and its faster for me to just turn the Xbox off or w/e. Also, until recently XBOX live was the only place I could actually play 3rd strike, had never really played it offline. So if previously I was lag abusing with any of my characters I can honostly tell you i didn't know I was :shake:. So yeah I come to find out that df mk with Ibuki is a hell of a lot more punishable then it is online for example lol. Sorry if anyone actaully got upset about it, I really didn't know what constitutes lag abuse, and still don't know everything.

And actually I did drop on some yang this morning though cuz he was spamming dive kicks and lag wouldn't even let me block high and I got annoyed. but w/e. I don't really take my record that seriously, didn't realize people got that upset about dropping. If im playing I'll stop.

GG's recently to I think Sneakyrazor.. He beasted on my friend for like 15 games or so yesterday. Good player, but I don't know if its lag but we can't tech your jump ins straight to throws very well.

Oh what the hey I'll name some names :lovin:: St OnTheRocks, Qugstav, SF and PROS, Vampiro, JibBo, Eagleclaw, RPD Rookie (had a set with you from a few weeks ago), Okiedoke, Azn Shun, Zen, and Alacard + Harmonaz the few time(s) I did play you two, and everyone else I MAY have forgotten, but I think I named all of you guys. Please don't be offended if I missed you.):

I have decided to cancel my XBL subscription, and move permanently to Mame/Kaillera/P2P. Converter has been ordered and is in the post. I'm sure you guys will eventually do the same as well, so I'm not too fussed. The cancellation is only indefinite for now. For those of you who decided to stay on XBL, we will meet again, if I ever renew my account (it's possible, but honestly, I wouldn't hold my breath....).

The reason why I have to cancel is because it has been a HUGE drag getting XBL connected on my new ISP. I can't really be bothered anymore to be honest, since XBL really isn't worth it (lag every time, can't even play some of you on my friends list AT ALL). I'm really, truly sorry you guys, but my future is not with XBL. I pray more of you start playing on MAME soon, so that I won't have to regret this decision. I'll play on MAME for about a month, and if the pros outweigh the cons (i.e. more lag than XBL lag and no challenge (which I highly doubt will happen), then I'll just have to grit my teeth and go through the trouble of getting XBL back up and running. I'm pretty confident that I will stay with MAME though.

GG's MashThrow! Awesome set. I captured it, like I said I would. Amazing play man. The connection was listed as 'bad', but the first 3 or 4 games were sort of alright. Believe it or not, my Ken is much better than my Urien, but by the time I switched, the connection was too far gone for me to really do anything. I couldn't hit his target combo into Shippu at all :sad: Not that it would've made any difference if I could've. Your defense was outstanding and you never missed a beat when you were pressing the advantage. There were a few cases versus your Chun, where I tried to buffer Ken's C.MK super, but it kept giving me F + :MK: :lol: Ah well. I was getting option selects for free :) If you have any tips when I post the matches, I'm all ears man. :tup:

On the first round I figured out that you don't know how to play your characters, that you just memorized some attack patterns which you would do without thinking. I dont know what was happening lol. I mean i only unleash the Shinryken when i know i can land it, and when im close enough. Too many times have i done LP SHORYUKEN, into SA2, And it knocks the opponent back, and my SA2 misses blindly leaving me open to attack when landing. I mean, MP SHORYUKEN is far too slow, and if the opponent blocks it, then im open. I prefer the quick Shoryuken, but it was different with you City.

Anyway, don't get too disappointed, from what I remember he's a Urien player that falls back on the online aspect of the game too much.

I'm pretty sure I've played him before. Very lag abusive with Yang (dive kicks everywhere and such). He won about 4 games against my Ryu about a month ago, because Ryu just handles like a damned tank in lag. When he has like a pixel of health left, he jumps around and builds meter, and then randomly tries to Mantis slash. That's pretty much how he was beating me. And then he left on 4-2 I think it was after a crappy, laggy close match. To be fair he probably left because he knew the connection was hurting me, but Yang non the less can be a fucking bastard sometimes, especially in a connection riddled with latency. Same goes for Yun (nothing cooler than suffering a hail of divekicks and chasing his meter building ass around the screen only for him to activate GJ and smack you around even when you were blocking). :rofl:

You showed some solid ground work with Yun, and your Makoto doesn't look too bad either. Just need to work a little bit on GJ activation I guess. not bad man. since you are in france, the connection was crystal clear as well, even though Yun's stage seems to inherently lag sometimes. GREAT games to my old friend, SF and Pros. It's been a long time since we've gotten a set in that long (60 games!) but it was a TON of fun. The connection wasn't always the best but we fought through it and that's what XBL is all about. lol. :looney:
