Hey bro, what happend to ya the other night (lastnight or the night before I think, I can't remember exactly)? I was just chillin and waiting for a game and then Channeling Anger challenged me and knowing it was you (because about 20 minutes prior to that I had been playing w/ SFandPROS for like 2-3 hours and he told me your new GT) I said, "Hey Shinshay what's up?" on the mic and you acted as if you had dropped your controls right then and there and just stood still the remainder of the 1st and 2nd round. I didn't attack, I waited and the time ran out, then the rematch screen came and the time ran out there too. I mean I could understand maybe being in a little bit of shock because you thought only SFandPROS knew about your new GT at the time, but damn... lol I was looking forward to receiving some friendly beat downs from you. =) I've been away from SF for a little while, SFandPROS has been helping me get back in shape, but I mean even if I do manage to get to feeling somewhat confident again i'd still be no where near Tournament worthy and I was just looking to experience your game. =)

Hey Sandy, I played you a few games the other night and I dunno if that was you or not, but you were random taunting very often. =\ I mean vs. friends or good (attitude) people that I know I don't even do Necro's taunt most of the time before starting his combo while they're stunned for some extra damage, just outta respect and not to look like i'm trying to be an ass or anything, ya know? But anyway, I think the connection fell through after a few games, I can't really remember, but I know something happend that ended our session soon and I didn't drop, because i've never intentionally dropped on anybody before. I tried to join back up w/ ya to receive some more beat downs and have fun, but you wouldn't answer.

I think you challenged me or I challenged you the other day, I know we briefly played and I wound up just choosing Quit instead of hitting Rematch after only about 3-4 matches because I was real sleepy and aggrivated/pissed off with X-Box LIVE and just said "screw it" and went to bed shortly after. I appologize, the next time we play i'll go a full set, and I think that was the first time I actually Quit early during a set. I mean it might not have meant anything to you or you didn't know it, but when I know i'm playing a SRK Member I stick around and play atleast 10 matches (a set) with them, win or lose.

When our set started I had just woke up, so my fingers weren't quite keeping up, but after a few into the set I woke up and thought I was playing better, but man you're game is just too solid, with Sean too! :looney:
One thing I noticed though, (not to make it sound like you turtle) but you seem to play more laid back and wait for me to make a mistake, because I think I play too aggressive maybe?
I dunno, but anyway it was great and I can't wait to do it again! :tup:

I swear playing you is just like playing a Hugo version of Shinshay, great stuff! :tup: I wanna see some Shinshay vs. Sandy matches. :wonder: I don't have much experience against a good Hugo, but I think I learned that you can't play very many wakeup games against Hugo's wakeup or you'll eat a 360 SPD. :sad: Just about every time that i'd finally get a knock down on you i'd try to mix it up high & low, or setup tick throws and omg... I'd eat a wakeup 360 instead. :lol: Is that normal against Hugo? Or is it more X-Box LIVE that makes it real hard to do anything to Hugo's wake up? :confused:

I always adapt differently to certain situations. I'll just put it all out there now cause I'm getting to old to not let anyone know secrets and so forth.

First off: One major thing is when I play Sean, I always play laid back for the most part cause I want you to feel relaxed so when the momentum shifts it will be hard for you to adjust.

Secondly: When you play, you perform the same mixups whether you notice it or not. You need to mix it up alot more than that.

Lastly: my style is mostly Neutral cause I need to determine how and when to attack no matter what character I play.

Personally, at this time I truly hate playing Charge Partition Uriens, Hugos, and Q's. With that being said there are a few players online that give me a really hard time and these days my drive for 3S isn't what it used to be so I get frustrated and just want to quit most of the time. Those players are Sneaky Razor, Sandybags, and SF and Pros. Those guys are just way too good. Gregmar has been giving me a hard time too, but I love playing Shoto matches so that doesn't count.

I'm rarely on AIM or MSN IM anymore so you'll just have to PM me if you have any questions.

I play many matches/"train" a lot with SF and PROS, and I also pay very close attention when I get to play people like Shinshay (Channel Anger) and Sandybags hoping I can learn some new things whether it's some offensive tactics or some defensive tactics vs. Shotos, Hugo, etc... =)

I was watching your patterns and learned that when you'd dash to me in the open you'd try for the throw or the command grab and that when you'd dash to me in the corner you'd go for a low attack, so that's how I was able to tech and parry often. Makoto can just be too good over X-Box LIVE though and she's very quick, so it was hard for me to get close sometimes. I also noticed early on you liked to jump a lot so I switched from SAIII to SAI with Necro.

I like to say Ryu is my main and Necro is my 2nd, with there really no being a 3rd, 4th, etc... Because I really don't use anybody else unless my Necro & Ryu are just destroying my opponent then I might mess around with Sean, and sometimes Akuma or Ken for fun since both my Akuma and Ken are completely horrible. I usually start out with Necro (because I love playing as him) and then after a while I bring out Ryu to switch it up. :nunchuck:


GGs to Neo Culexor. Your Ken isn't half bad, you should work on your Super Cancelling and not being so random though, eventhough I know the connection wasn't exactly perfect. You weren't able to beat my Necro or Ryu, so I started playing with Sean, Akuma, and Ken to have fun and switch things up. You destroyed my Akuma and Ken. :tup:

Can someone please tell me WTF people do this? It isn’t the first time either that someone has done this to me. The most annoying thing about XBL isn’t the taunting it is the availability of playing. I do get nervous before a fight and then usually get the crap beaten out of me in the first fight and then the person usually quits-why not give me another chance? I usually do significantly better the second time around.

Sometimes I have been given a second chance and I am in the zone by the second fight and beat the living hell out of the opponent and then they usually STILL quit!? Why do people do this? Is it perhaps my connection was good but there’s wasn’t? I mean I live in Australia and I play anyone. Do they do it to preserve they’re rank? Ultimately you’re just supposed to have fun playing the game…

Anyway today GG’s to Hui Yuen for playing 45 games with me! Once again though you won 30 and me 15 I thought it was even round to round. I could see your Ken getting much better over time and both of us adjusting tactics. The connection was so good I could pretty much pull off Super Arts in the middle of your attacks. I hope we can do the same thing again real soon!
