For some reason I was reading a website about SF4 and had to run home for lunch to play some Third strike. Today. I haven't played in months! I promptly got handed a 33 hit combo from Oro. I tried to clap my hands by tapping the punch button, but I taunted instead. lol. I didn't think XBL was this serious, but I guess the only ones left are the serious people, right?

xbl you get away with a lot of stuff --when i say this i mean be cheap like those yun players doin that cheap combo becouse they know you can't parry becouse of the lag and akuma is another one,
get disconnected while you playing,droppers,spamming ,crazy lag ,not able to tell someone gg's becouse the dont have a head set and the most important thing xbl dont have replay
that is why i like 2df anyone can see the fight after you challenge some one on replay.......................

2df is awesome in every way but the problem I have is that my monitor is to small and it sucks because I have to be moving it so I can see what I'm doing when I playing in the floor. I'm stuck with lag box until I get a bigger monitor.:xeye: Damdai is awesome for making 2df possible for us 3rd strike players.

but either way fuck the footage... i must say, even tho i have won both set it wasnt by more then 2 or 3....if even 3(i really didnt count, i left the sets so much to do shit).... and actually the day before yesterday you seemed to be making a come back before i got tired of playing....which tempted me to play you yesterday and see if it was a fluke day, and it wasnt because the matches were just as close although i still came out winning.

but trust me i been on this board longer then you and i have learned a shit load about fighter terminology so when you say confirm i know what you mean....and i make it a habit of doing so. i think sometimes i look out for it so much that i may hit you with a c.mk not expect it to hit and miss out on the follow up.

....even though me speaking on a few of your weaknesses may probably switch the outcome of this battle...in the end it will only serve to help both of us...and probably me more ultimately. I shoryu a lot because i can smell those openings you make from far away with a shoto, i dunno if you always played with shotos but i been playing only ryu exclusively since street fighter 2 on SNES so whenever you play me with that guy or any shoto its like your already at a handicap trying to fight me. your combos that you typically use arent safe enough for me not to hit you after most of them...they mix up good but once i saw your pattern it was so easy to counteract on them....this was around the ken matches....then at a point i just thought you were either

1. getting lazy

or

2. didnt wanna play me anymore .

when i saw you kept doing that hurricane kick shit with ryu as if i wasnt going to block it and punish it with a HP shoryu from any distance. Also my akuma Game has alot to do with bullshit trickery and just randomish tactics on rush down... - play as if im going to rush - back down - then continue the rush at times.... i dont play akuma like a lot of people do.

See that is what I meant by saying that I wasn't taking you seriously... I don't do full screen HK tatsu or jump back HP shoryu as a way of mixing it up you know. I think that you have to consider the fact that in order to hit confirm you need to poke, also that there is a difference between canceling a move into an SA/special and hit confirming.

If memory serves me right XMM used to get a bit pissed about how many people consider the cr mk with shotos as a hit confirm, specially online. Look at the frame data and it will explain why that is... all I was saying is that if you have improved at safe confirming then here is your chance to improve even more: learn short short super, st/cr mp super, over head kick with ken and then super, st mk with Akuma then SA1. Now since you know the game mechanics so well, can you point out what the scenarios I've given have in common except for the short short super?

I love to prove another person wrong but like I said before: no bad blood and I was giving you my feedback in hopes that we could have better games once you implemented it.

Now onto my shoto suckiness... people know that I suck with Ken and Ryu and won't even touch Akuma because he dies faster than the two aforementioned shotos. : D I know one of the mistakes I make with shotos is the use of the hadou for zoning throwing it at the wrong times which has cost me plenty matches. What else do you think I do wrong with them, I welcome your feedback.

Yes, St Mk -> SA1 with Akuma works. The difference I was trying to point out is that with all the scenarios I described above you have to link the super and not cancel it... that to me is a better way of seeing how good your hit confirming is. Look at Deshiken for instance, the guy confirms like crazy with Ken so any poke he hits is almost a guaranteed super.

PJ should get a firefighter certificate just based on his sheer size... he'd be carrying like 4 people at a time out of a fire while the rest of the guys are carrying one. I have to step out of the house shortly for a 5PM appointment and will be back around 10, so be ready sometime around 11PM and have that recording shit set up.

I'm going to give good games to MGZ Makaveli just for good sportsmanship... you caught me after I was playing the random Chun Li of Fly Gamer first of all, so I was already bored while waiting for Vampiro or Shinshay to get online. It was kinda laggy, but mostly I was bored and wanted to see how many wins I could get with little to no effort lol could you tell I was bored playing around? I noticed after the first match but it was still cool, i dont think you'll ever play a longer set cuz thats the way the connect has always been between us, i should get nfba, 2df and all that other stuff but i'm just too lazy.I"ll stay longer next time.Usually i play about 10 games.When its good but i'll do 10games set with ya from now on.Different styles makes it more fun so 10 is like my limit.Very rare i do 20.I think i was playing sneaky like 3months ago..But ever since the cvs2 days of old.Tx and Fl lag more then anyone else.Fuk'up servers or something.If it's a good player i stay longer even with lag but delay in the mix is kinda sucks.but for sure nfba is totally better.I'm taking a little break.Few days.Lag is too gay and i hate it,but all my friends can't come everyday to my house:sad: and no tourney coming up cuz of evo.Of all the freaking years.Nobody but me can afford it this year.FUck going by myself.

GGs JoeResioRex: Dude you play this game like it was CVS2 and it makes me feel bad that I can't play you at CVS2. Start blocking more instead of parrying too much and confirm your supers. With Dudley you gotta stop doing the full screen MGBs, and learn at least a juggle or two after his sweep... watch videos of Kokujin, Tetsuka Sensei, Victoly, etc... for great Dudley insights.
