Official Dreamcast Arcade Stick.... can be 'Modded' with Sanwa Parts ?

hi there ........ does anyone know if it can 'Modded' with Sanwa Parts with ease ? i mean pretty much screw in Joystick , connect Joystick connector , snap in Buttons , connect Button connectors.......done ?


or the Joystick and Button connectors will not connect and have to be hacked ?
