Rom/Emulation Talk + Rules and Tips UPDATED 3/4/08 - PLEASE bump useful threads

It is not illegal to own the emulation software, or to own a rom and have it emulated. It is illegal to run the rom without owning an original copy of the software.

The process to verify if you actually own the rom would be a long and lengthy one, so we aren't going to allow the discussion of obtaining any roms, or how to get them to work.

Feel free to use other forums other than SRK to do so.

But here are some more specific rules and tips to get the most out of this place.



- Please for all that is good and holy, learn to look around
all the most useful threads will be on the first page.

- If you see a good thread (Padhacking, converter, sanwa FAQ) at the bottom of the first page
PLEASE bump it so it doesnt get sucked into the depths of page 2

- DO NOT quote images (either snip it or just leave the URL)
