Actually Marrow is normal now.

But she still doesn't bathe, right? I remember a green guy she was working with (who seemed to have the ability to influence emotions of others) saying that because she didn't even though she was cute, she smelled like rotting lunch meat. Althought she was looking nice when she was all buff, in the first few issues in which she was living with the x-men. Then that other artist got on and made her scrawny and super-scarred-up, despite her healing ability (which should have made sure there were no scars from pulled bones).

to add another point, marrow has healthy, firm buttocks which seems to be developed by a disciplined cardio workout.

in an unlike fashion, Spiral has more of the competitive professional woman´s weight lifting structure of thighs (at least in marvel2) which can be intimidating to average sized males as myself. her helmet also makes her release more sweat right around her scalp
