Link is of Deadpool's shoryuken. I think I'd have to go with issue #27 of Deadpool when he picks a fight with Wolverine and rants about the SNIKT sound effect and when Wolvie finally gets his claws out, he starts singing and dancing.

Gentle reminder... no scans of recent stuff. No scans of anything is a hell of a lot easier and less headaches for me, work those fingers. But, if you have to do it at least put up a scan of something that's not recent, a few years old is fine.

I've always loved the way Frank Miller writes Alfred.
(DKR)
Alfred: "Your accountants wait in the west wing, sir."
Batman: "Tell them I'm sick."
Alfred: "Shan't have to lie. That refugee charity called..."
Batman: "Write them a check."
Alfred: "And the Committee For the Prevention Of Obsessive Behavior In Middle-Aged Men?"
Batman: "Write them a check."
(Year One)
Alfred: "Master Bruce--I've just come across a fascinating piece in the times. Concerns the effects of lack of sleep among the marginally sane... 'marked increase in paranoia'... hmm... 'tendency toward aberrant, even violent behavior'..."

Well Harley and Ivy do fuck, but that was funny.
All of Scott Pilgrim is pretty damn funny. Especially..
Scott Pilgrim one had the "AND THEN SHE STALKED HER UNTIL THE END OF THE NIGHT" page.
Scott Pilgrim two had the "Bread makes you fat?!" panel.
Three had the Envy/Wallace/Ramona exchange during the Ramona/Envy fight. "Break her ol' horsey face!" *ramona hits Envy in the body* "NO FACE, FACE!"
I remember one time Guy Gardner Green Lantern was talking a lot of smack to Batman and Batman knocked him out cold with ONE PUNCH TO THE FACE.

For the Deadpool fans, there was an older issue of him and Blind Al going back in time to reenact an issue of Spider-Man. 'Pool posed as Peter Parker and Al as Aunt May. It's hilarious, drawn in "ye olde" style with funny comments at everyone in the past. It's pretty recognizable by the cover, a parody of Amazing Fantasy #15

Agree with all, DP Shoryuken had me bursting out.
Funniest thing...hmm. I guess it would be DP's first mission for the Registration, where he went to tackle the Great Lakes Avengers, who were already registered and took him down lol. Also when he though Cap. America and the other's real identities were the fake one's.
I can't find his name, but their was this Spidey villain in a rainbow costume and when Spidey spotted him couldn't stop laughing. Classic.

Yeah, a lot of that Giffen/DeMatteis JL/JLI stuff is comedy gold. They really had a great thing going there. Formerly Known As the Justice League is funny, too.
-----
One of my favorite humor comics is Sam & Max. It's like almost every panel has some kind of joke in it. It's something I can reread over and over and still I find it funny. I might try to find some scans of it later. (I believe the comics have been out of print for years.)
Otherwise, the first thing I thought of was a highlight issue of Morrison's Doom Patrol. Issue 45. I did a google search and I found this, because I don't have a scanner myself.
http://community.livejournal.com/scans_daily/766382.html
The first couple pages alone are pure gold. Love that faux-hardboiled narration!
"David Sanchez was a know-it-all punk in a paisley shirt. His talent? Leaving fingerprints on mint-to-near-mint comic books and then just laughing about it. His first big mistake? A smug little goatee. His second big mistake? Mouthing off about how Ron McMurray, award-winning writer/artist on 'The Glo Worm' didn't understand the elementary rules of grammar. . . I think of that punk's sick legacy, a whole subculture of good kids, afraid to buy their favorite comic books... Because of his smartass criticism and his know-everything sneering beard. Well. Not so clever now. Are you? Punk."
The whole issue is packed with pure goodness.

I remember one time Guy Gardner Green Lantern was talking a lot of smack to Batman and Batman knocked him out cold with ONE PUNCH TO THE FACE.
I remember that. Gardner was talking smack for the entire issue, about how he should lead the JLA. By then end of the comic, Batman gives him a shot (or he just takes one). The best part was, he took his ring off to make the fight "fair", and got knocked out like a punk. See it here (http://daveslongbox.blogspot.com/2006/10/f-yeah-files-8-batman-flattens-guy.html). I also love the rest of the JLA's reaction.
I a few of the subsequent issues, you can actually still see Gardner lying there in the background.

I loved the Great Lakes X-Mas Special, where they introduced Grasshopper 2, as the first grasshopper's unknown twin brother who found the armor and took it, his brother's life and love interest. Only to die because he accidently jumped into space.
And Deadpool only lost because Squirrel Girl was there.
Nextwave and Irredeamable Ant-Man as a whole is some of the funniest mainstream comic works ever. Baby MODAK alone cemented NEXTWAVE in legendary status and Ant-Man is like the combine avatar of SRK's GD but without any real positive aspects.

The moment that got me was in Cable/Deadpool when after deadpool teams up with cannonball and some others he keeps referring to himself as an xman, even to the point of inserting himself into past adventures.
Actually everything deadpool does has me laughing, but that was my favorite.

Anything that has Joe Kelly + Deadpool. The issue mentioned above is just one fine example in a long run of amazing.
The Christopher Priest issues (aside from the stuff in outer space with the LOBO ripoff - ugh) were also a lot of fun, and really funny to read.
The initial 12 issue Maxi series by Steve Dillion and Garth Ennis is really funny in a dark humour kind of way.
Same thing goes for Preacher. Some of the stuff (See: Areseface) is so funny, yet so awful.

Brian K. Vaughan, baby, BKV. He does no wrong. I also dig how Brandon Peterson drew Xavier's expression, with just one of his eyes bulging in disbelief. BKV's stuff always has great humor and clever one-liners. Like in Y: The Last MAAAAAN!!1 there was the amazing epiphany Yorick had...

I don't know if we're including Japanese stuff in this, but there is a hysterical moment early on in Dragon Ball when Yamucha is trying to steal the Dragon Balls. Our heroes (who, at the time, consisted only of Bulma, Goku, and Oolong) are camped out in an RV in the desert. Yamucha, who is notorious for being terrified of pretty girls, sneaks in and believes he has found the Dragon Balls--a series of lumps underneath a sheet. He draws back the sheet, only to come face to tits with the sleeping, nude Bulma. He is next shown in a near catatonic state, Puar having dragged him out of the camper by the wrist.

But the worst thing Alan Moore ever wrote? Naw... That distinction has got to belong to the Spawn/WildC.A.T.s crossover. The plot was only average, probably below average. But the art was terrible and killed anything that was possibly decent that Alan Moore wrote.
Just final proof that Spawn sucks ass.

Yeah, I just read it. It's in the new Alan Moore: Wild Worlds TPB that collects all his various WildStorm work other than his extended run on WildC.A.T.s. The Spawn crossover is by far the worst thing with Alan Moore's name attached to it. I'm guessing his prepubescent daughter wrote it back in the day and just used his name. You know what's a great book that's sort of similar in tone to Nextwave, is Doctor 13: Architecture and Morality. It's quite possibly the best DC Universe comic since The New Frontier. I just read the Doctor 13 TPB and it's mind-expanding and laugh-out-loud funny.
Like Nextwave, Doctor 13 grabs a bunch of no-name/obscure/forgotten characters and hilarity ensues upon their adventures and misadventures. Basically, Doctor Thirteen is an old DC character who is a skeptic of all things paranormal and supernatural - a mindset that obviously is hard to maintain considering he lives in a world that has people like Superman, the Spectre, and Wonder Woman.
The plot is about Dr. Thirteen and his daughter unraveling the mystery of existence while meeting up with crazy random characters like Genius Jones (cute little boy who can answer ANY question you ask him if you give him a dime), Infectious Lass (she can infect anyone with a disease), a ghost pirate with a flying pirate ship, and a talking Nazi gorilla. And more.
The writing is very witty and the art's clean and crisp.
There were lots of great scenes in that book, but one of my favorites is during this one battle when Dr. Thirteen first encounters the talking Nazi gorillas. He starts talking about symbolism and then happens to fall down on table in the gorilla camp. Then in the next panel, he picks up a big banana, points it at his daughter (who has her mouth open), and explains, "Everything is a metaphor."
Maybe you just gotta read it. http://www.amazon.com/Doctor-13-Architecture-Morality/dp/1401215521/ref=pd_bbs_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1196312923&sr=8-1

Penny: Could you change out of that, Brianna? I mean...you're scaring me...really!
Brianna: That's the problem, Penny! I can't call a new armor from hyperspace storage!
Penny: Still...freaky Freud armor is freaky, Bri.
*meanwhile, in the distance*
Monty: Oi, "Kenny". Y'see that weapon Brianna's packin'? I think y've finally been defeated, 'eh?
Ryuuken (who weilds a 13-foot long, 3-foot wide blade): Very funny.

This might not be a "funny moment in comics" per se, but it is a great moment between two prominent characters. (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v134/goodm0urning/supesbats.jpg)
I was watching JL on DVD, and when it got to this scene, I just had to make a screengrab.

Aww damn, I dunno where I saw it........
it's a canon image, Batman and several other heroes are on the satellite, and Guy presses his bare cheeks against the window from outside.

Holy calamity, they made an audio book version of 52!! And it's flippin' hilarious. You can listen to two sound clips on that. Black Adam sounds like... Count Chocula.

Gigantic collar, ponytail and douchebag piercings (including what appears to be a nipple ring?). lol 90s.
Also, he can't possibly rest his arms without puncturing his lungs from the side.

Gotta love that eloquent dialogue, too:
"Nightwing is dead! NOW DEATHWING LIVES!"
"And the night is still very, very young!"

So I got off the train a few blocks early to go to the Citibank ATM so I can have some money for the weekend. The moment I leave the bank like out of NOWHERE the rain starts coming down freaking hard and I didn't have an umbrella, a jacket, nothing! So I have my gym bag and a black bag with some comics I read on the train. I shove the comics in the gym bag, put the gym bag under my shirt and make a mad dash for it! So about 8 long blocks later I'm soaking wet by the time I get home, but my comics are okay at least! I turn on my PC to chek me E-mails and SRK and I find this abomination on my forum! You see this is why you are one of my best friends Zephyranthes and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. :razzy:
Oh hey when did you get a Doop avatar? Nice.
