Damaged sanwa button

I accidently snapped one of the prongs off of the underside of a sanwa button. I have a smaller sanwa button but the underside is exactly the same as the bigger one, problem is I can't get it off (I'm referring to the small black box beneath the button with the two prongs) how do I go about detatching this then reattaching it to another button?

You must first take off the thing you press when you play (button). After that just press the switch (black box) up and it will pop out.

Hm, ok ... i was being dumb and trying to pry it off without taking it apart first.
