I'm having trouble getting good results with these two programs. Camtasia comes out really choppy, and as for Hypercam, it doesn't seem to record audio even though I clearly click the "Record Sound" box.
What are some good settings to get smooth videos with reasonably good sound? Like...audio sample size, sample rate, fps, key frames every x seconds, etc?
