Can 3s run on a 16MB video card?

I tried it on a 32 mb tnt video card/1ghz pc about 2 weeks ago, it frame skips like hell and still dosn't run it at 100% speed. But surprisingly Elsami's cps3 emu runs at somewhat playable speed.

i have an older 2ghz celeron
16mb vram intel chipset
512mb ram

El Semi's plays everything fine for me. Mame CPS-3 is too slow to enjoy.
El Semi if you read this please add netplay.


oh yeah but sorry el semi mame is the better emu.
