It's like for example yopu hear Ryu's tune, then it switches to Guile and then maybe to Zangief and then some of the Alpha intro's and the SF3'S and I swear it finishes with 3rd strike's intro

Well...there is a song in this specific version of the game that plays all of the SF intros from SF2 on up. In that song though you dont hear any specific character themes. Where did you hear the song in like a combo video or something? If so I would email/pm the person who uploaded it.

That's the song from the training stage on the xbox version of cvs2. That's all I know.
