Fry up some polish sausage in a pan along with some sliced up mushrooms and onions. When it is all done clean out the pan and fry up an egg.

Sandwich all of the above between bread and cheese and call it a day.

Great for breakfast and lunch.

Damn that sounds good... I love capicola, do they sell that stuff in the deli at the grocery store?

I hate ham, so I eat roast beef and turkey or just turkey on thick multi grain bread, chipotle mustard or dijon mustard on one piece, mayo on the other, and sometimes just American cheese cause that's the only cheese we have on a regular basis. I highly recommend turkey pastrami, it's delicious.

My favorite homemade sandwich of all time is scrambled eggs and bacon on white toast with lots of mayonnaise... got me through my childhood.

Turkey or chicken breast, lightly seasoned, throw it in the Foreman in between 2 pieces of wheat bread (fuck white bread).Add cheese so that it melts while cooking if ya got it.

Then through a couple slices of cool tomato on it, w/ some onion if ya got it.Add mustard if you like it, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.Shit is bangin'.

Subway just rips you off and practically makes your sandwich vegetarian, meaning little meat per bread volume.

I think Subways is better than Blimpies, but worse than all the other sandwich chains, at least the ones we have where I live. Seriously, as much as a subway sandwich is, you get very little meat, and the cheapest cuts of meat on earth. You can get better sandwiches at the United Market Street.

And their large isn't even foot long, it's 11 inches. Small is 5.5. Fucking $8 for a large VEGGIE sub, when you can put just about everything that comes on the veggie sub on your same priced meat sub for free. i was vegan for three years and my gf and i managed to find some amazing sandwiches in the meantime. first you need any kind of nice organic bread, anything crusty with seeds in it really. then avocados, lettuce, tomatoes, hummus, sprouts, then the main ingredient was slices of braised tofu, which we used to buy in boston, um basically any tofu with a thickness and texture similar to chicken will do. don't remember the exact type of tofu but it has to have a chewiness and taste to it, not the white shit. top with salt and pepper/olive oil if you want it. anyways i know people aren't so down with vegetarian sammiches but trust me this one is fucking delicious.
