As for the Hulkster, he was probably about 6' 4"-6' 5" in the 80s. A couple decades and numerous back and hip surgeries later, he's about 6' 2".

If you don't believe me, watch his reality show. Brook Hogan is around 6', and only a few inches shorter than him.

A friend of mine is a pro wrestler on the indy circuit, and I have an enormous amount of respect for these guys. My body would break down in a couple of weeks doing what these guys do for years.

Furthermore, guys like Kurt Angle, Shelton Benjamin, and Brock Lesnar could have been MMA stars if they did that instead of pro wrestling in their early twenties. A lot of pro wrestlers are very athletic and physically strong, with great cardio.

But Hogan?? Do you have any idea how messed up his ankles, knees, hips, back, and shoulders are?? The guy has had dozens of major surgeries. He's in his mid fifties. Look at how slowly, gingerly he moves inside a wrestling ring.

Worst case, RoninChaos could just sprint like crazy, and Hogan wouldn't have a prayer of catching him.

While the guys with real amateur wrestling experience could indeed make terrific fighters, most pro wrestlers are just large, strong, athletic guys with good physiques.

Here's the story: Brooke Hogan (Hulk Hogan's daughter) is performing at the local mall by my house. My old roommate thinks that I should go down there, run up on stage and grab her titties. The reason for this is so Hulk Hogan can bust out of the bottom of the stage, and Hulkamania will then run wild all over the A. And cause I could say I grab her titties. Eventually I'll get leg-dropped and go to the hospital, but at least when I check in and they go "What happened?" I can say "Hulkamania ran wild on me, brother!" before I pass out.
