Oolong tea http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oolong
I drink it every morning. Very good diuretic, lots of health benefit, and very low caffeine. The specific type I drink is
Alishan (阿里山茶
This has large rolled leaves that have a purple-green appearance when dry. It is grown in Chiayi County, Taiwan at an elevation of from 3000 to 4500 feet. There is a short period of the day with full sun and this produces a sweeter and less astringent brew. It produces a golden yellow liquid which has a unique fruity aroma.[8]

I like Green Tea with a little bit of sugar to take away the bitter edge. White tea is also good, a lot like Green tea but less caffeine. Green tea is also hella good for you.
I drink Black Tea when I'm in the mood, enough milk to make it tan colored and a few things of sugar.
As far as cold green teas go, I like green tea with honey and sweetened iced tea, not too much else.

I second the Earl Grey. That's some quality stuff.
Chai/White/Green/Black tea are all great as well.
If you get Celestial Seasonings out there you should try it out. It's a great company based here in Boulder that makes some amazing tea.

Strawberry and blueberry teas are awesome, but apricot black tea is absolutely God-tier.
I'll second the sentiment that darjeeling is very high-tier, too.
Edit
I used to think Earl Grey was the shit back when I was a fourteen year old idiot who had recently graduated from drinking Lipton crap.
Nowadays, I realize that Ahmad Tea is where it's at. Jackson's of Piccadilly is also great. Probably the first time I've ever disagreed with Rhio2k, incidentally.

I feel like a complete idiot for omitting to mention this one. RH is absolutely correct; raspberry tea is truly spectacular.

These are the ones I drink

I didn't pay for any of them; the parents of one of my friends just gave me a bunch when they learned I liked tea. I should probably ask whether they bought them off the Internet (as the site mentions), or at a specialty shop.
Either way, Ahmad Tea is the only company I know of that makes them. I also recall liking the companies Jacksons of Piccadilly and to a lesser extant, Twinings (which gave me my eventual dislike of Early Grey, however), so you could probably check out if they make them, too.

Close second, for sure. The cafe's in Barnes and Noble usualy sell a good blackberry tea that I wholeheartedly endorse. You can buy a box to take with you. Great with bagels in the morning.

Pu-Erh is good stuff, provided you can get your hands on a good batch of it. I had that all the time when I was in China, and it was unspeakably good.
You should also try Genmaicha, which is Japanese green tea with roasted rice.
green tea
cold or hot, just as long as its not too sweet :7)
