DOA stick works on PC via USB?

Does the 360 DOA stick work on PC out of the box, or do you have to mod it or install some third party drivers or something?

Also how hard is it to modd with Sanwas? I've got moderate stick modding experience. What's a good price? I need a simple stick to play Warzard on my PC. :karate:

Hori Xbox 360 Fighting Stick EX2 works out of the box, and I hear that it is just a DOA stick w/ new stickers.
