Green Arrow vol 2...

Green Arrow volume 2 went up to 137 or so, but I can't find online sources for download or order, or back issues at my local store beyond #76. I later heard of some kind of numbering disparty in this series. Anybody know whats going on?

I don't remember any number disparity to that volume. A couple of random issues in the post-100s, Connor Hawke-era did have the title "Green Arrow/Green Lantern" during crossovers with Kyle Rayner GL. I guess you just gotta keep looking in the back issue bins.
