Hope someone here can help and this is the right subforum.
I just sold a copy of Street Fighter Alpha 3 (PAL) for the Dreamcast and now the buyer is claiming that it's a "promotional copy" and not the full game. Do any collectors here know whether such an edition was ever actually released? Thanks.
