Why clone people? I mean, what's better? Cloning America's best (or most athletic) citizens? Or breeding off spring from America's best? Surely cloning has some advantages, but theoretically evolution is a +1 process. I would much rather see the children of America's best grow to be even stronger, that simply cloning the same people over and over again.

If we ditched reproduction and replaced it with cloning, the human race wouldn't get anywhere. It would indicate that the human race is at it's ultimate peak and that there's nothing better that can come from it. This is a comletely negative aspect to the whole idea of life, I mean we've been growing for millions of years now, why stop now?
