Trojan, I think there is a strong possibility that game might be brought back. I rememeber that game for the nes. Only thing I really I remember; slashing the crap out of every thing and falling into hidden bonus sewers. It too never had a sequel like bionic commando. I dont have much faith in companies outside Japan making fighting games either, and since nobody in japan seems to care about this, it sounds like its all Capcom USA's doing.

They brought back BC with updated 3D graphics, which mean they would do they same for SF if it were that, which means pretty much 90% of you anit going to like it.

Sounds to me like that they carried on with what was left with fighting all stars and turned it into a SF only affair, updated it to PS3 graphics etc, if it doesnt have 4 in the title then you know its going to suck only true sequels get the number, just like contra 4.

The Rumble Fish's graphics/sprites look pretty nice actually. I mean, I'd take 2D sprites (high-res and 60fps animation) over 2.5D sprites, but they really don't look that bad. The hit effects make things look strange if anything, not the sprites themselves.

I'd rather Capcom switched their outsourced teams, with Dimps working on Sengoku X Basara, and ASW working on this. I trust ASW. If ASW is too busy, I'd also take Yuki over Dimps. Look at it this way:

Possibility 1 is that this feature is easy to abuse. You, as a fireball-game fan, will be depressed because every other scrub can shut down your fireball game.

But possibility 2 is that this feature is well-designed, takes subtleties and skills to utilise, and so the opponent who shuts down your fireball game has totally EARNED the right to be up in your face throwing low shorts.

And it's all so fucking abstract at this early stage (pre-announcement) I don't see the point in being pessimistic about it.

Too bad about that event though, not much of a 'Gamers Day' is it?

i have someone who knows an insider at capcom, no he wont give me any info, but he is trying to find out info on how we might be able to edit the actual physics of the chars, to make ryu a top tier... like he should be and just balance out the game
its a slow process, but so far we have custom music and custom colors, next fully custom chars physics...
