who is this artist?

i really like this style, all i know is this is from the Spectacular Spiderman UK and it doesnt tell who the artist is or neither the writer..i also like the ink, looks really clean and crisp..

I believe the artist is Andie Tong who has indeed been working on Spectacular Spider-man UK. I've met him a few times at London conventions, he's a really talented and down-to-earth guy, works extremely hard on everyones sketches during the cons, I have three done by him myself. When I last spoke to him in September, he's working on some issues of the "The Batman Strikes" for DC.
