I love how they brag that you don't have to pay tax & gratuity cause it's already included in the price

How much do the ingredients cost?

It's the same thing with the hundred dollar bottled water that was introduced in NYC a few months ago. I was like, "Who the fuck is gonna buy that shit?" Then I quickly realized I don't live directly in the city, so I won't be able to witness the stupidity of paying for bottled water that costs more than an import video game.

^^LOL that's no bullshit.

It's more of a gimmick and/or status thing IMO anyways truffles in general are hella expensive.

What does a truffle taste like anyway? Why the hell are they so expensive.

I hope it's because they're rare.

They taste good, but not good enough to pay a g.

Truffles are very rare indeed. And they rot quickly. And bugs love them. Truffles have a very subtle taste that is almost buttery, which makes it taste smoother and generally better than other mushrooms. But yeah, too damn expensive.

That shit shouldn't even count for a record. They basically threw jewelery into an expensive dessert. Any food can be worth a ton once you throw diamonds onto it.
