Ever since I put hands on my own PS1 (yes I said PS1) I was amazed at
the then amazingly awesome Tekken endings, the ending to FFVII, and
prerendered cinematic endings up until this very day. I'm still floored when
I think they can't do any better and then we get movies like Transformers
and Beowulf...
...It's not my intention to liken this franchise to these movies or other games
but I would like to see moving-picture endings for the franchise finally. They
need not be lengthy or even ground-breaking but it is something I've wished
for this franchise to have ever since the Alpha series. *fingers crossed*

Would be cool to have. I;d prefer had drawn animation (I just like high wuality Hand drawn animation better) but high level CGI would be really cool to. Better then the usual crappy stills we get atleast. I know DOA isn't anything to imitate but atleast theres soemthing cool to watch after beating everyone up.

I ate Salmon Sushi last night.
Also had some soy beans and green tea.
Tonight I think I'll have a sandwich.

Nowadays, the real time graphics engine of most fighting games look better than Namco's old pre-rendered endings. Even the ones in Tekken 3, the game that milked the PS1's hardware for all it was worth.

Why the hell did I get negged...I mean shit. Why do people here bitch whenever they get negative rep? Do they want more?
EDIT:
Your last post in the whiff thread is also bitching about neg rep. Seriously, you need to shut the fuck up about it. If you don't like getting neg rep, then posting more annoying shit will do nothing to help you.

What about little scenes of the characters chatting before the fight? (DoA and KoF:MI do that, right?) However, for that to be enjoyable, there needs to be a decent script and unrubbish voice acting. So it's probably best they don't.

Sigh..
I really dont wonna say anything bad about Capcom because they made games I truelly fel in love with but still. The thruth is the truth and the truth here is that all endings (if you can call it that) in all SF games sucked. This is an inescapeable fact that really need to be inproved in SF4. But I think Capcom is aware of this and they are gonna surprise us with some spectacular stories and endings. Or so I hope lol...

I always liked the endings and it was always a big motivation for me to finish the game. I would love for them to either be longer or yeah, go with cinematics if done well.

maybe starman will be in sf4!
i just think there should be character specific endings i dont really care what format there in. thats my main motivation for playing characters i usually wouldnt give a chance.

My impression of the SFIV trailer (and the many times I've dissected it) is that I do
in fact thing we'll get more cinematic endings indeed. I've no idea what format they'd
be in either but for the most part I think they'll take a lot from the main gameplay.
I'm wondering if CAPCOM will do what a lot of other companies have done: release
the game in the arcades as per usual and when the time comes if they decide for home
console versions, to then make the cinematic endings? It could happen.
:D

mmm...putting them in the arcade version seems like easy money, i would play through with 60+ characters just to see the endings.

I think the answer is 'maybe'. Hope that helps.
Now, on a more relevant note.. RC, what have you been eating? It sounds more interesting than anything in this whole 'forum'.
