Anyone know Windows Server 2k3?

Im looking for some good reading material online for windows server 2k3 and exchange 2k3. Also can you suggest any good books to get. I'm kinda being thrown into a struggling network running these things because the previous IT guy quit.

Now is this full Server 2003 or Small Business Server 2003, because I have seen quite a bit of difference between how the two work in a full network environment so you need to be positive. Plus what Service packs are you up to on your system?

full server 2003. I've got a week to get up to speed on it. There shouldn't be a difference between us and uk versions really right?
