Just a quick question to anyone who can help, was the original SFII intro in the SNES version? Meaning, was Joe punching Mike fully shown? Or was mike changed?

No it wasn't, the only intro that was in the SNES games was the SSF2 Ryu one.

I think the Megadrive had it on Special CE though.

Anyone have a video maybe? And a non-youtube one? I'm at work, and youtube is blocked.

It jumped straight to the spinning/zooming logo screen. Not much to it.

In the Genesis CE version. It was 2 white guys. Watching the black guy get knocked out is classic though. LOL I don't think it was racism though.

Incidentally, this was basically the same set-up as Turbo on the Super Nintendo: it included ports of both Champion Edition and Hyper Fighting, though I think the Genesis version was a little more faithful to the original presentation.
