What are the best hobby forums?

So I'm looking into making a couple of 1/4 model cars just for the hell of it and I'm wondering what are good hobby forums to become friendly with that have the most hardcore hobby fanatics around? I'm talking people that do their own fiberglass work, wiring and electronics and other various things like that.
