happ joytick mounting plate

If i remember my arcade days correctly there were some american sticks that had mounting plates. On most of your big blue capcom cabinets there were no carriage bolts visible on the joystick like here

all the screws are counter sunk then the artwork is put over them so it looks like a no screw plate
