So lately I've been having problems while playing games with my desktop. After awhile everything will scramble up. Even when I return to desktop it'll stay that way. I took a screenshot of what I'm talking about. This only happens when I play games though. If I'm just browsing or watching movies or anything else, it won't happen at all. The video card is EVGA Nvidia GeForce 6800GS, 256mb, PCI Express x16.

After I restart my computer, everything turns to normal.

Sorry for the big pic.

Also, when I start my computer I've started getting a warning message that says.."WARNING: Your Computer CHIP Fan Fail or speed too low"

If anyone could help me out that would be great.

try re-socketing the video card then update drivers also since you are getting that error i would check the heat of your desktop. also try dusting your computer sometimes dust can make fans not work as well as they should

i used to have that video card and it often had problems with not working or distorting the screen alls i had to do was re-socket

Thanks! That worked. There was a ton of dust between the heatsink and the fan for the video card too.
