Hori stick 3 PC Compatible?

The search didn't come up with anything conclusive, so I might as well be safe than sorry. Right now I'm using my friend's X-arcade stick, but the lag makes it impossible to do some things and I'm lookin for a new stick to use formy PC. I'm looking at this hori stick (http://www.ncsxshop.com/cgi-bin/shop/HP3-01.html), and if I think PS3 controllers work on the PC too. Anyways, does that work? Also, are there any converters that let it convert back to ps2 -____-

edit: Found out that the Fighting stick 3 doesn't have working windows 32-bit drivers. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Get an HRAP3.
I have one and it works fine (Windows XP Pro).
Didn't need any drivers or anything.

by the way - if you need it to work for PS2, you're better off trying to look for an HRAP2
