Here's the deal: I have one ringtone I want to get to my phone, a V3 Razr. I've already gone through with a conversion guide to get it into ringtone form. The problem? I'm such a cheap bastard I don't really want to pay to have it texted to my phone through the web browser and everything. I have a USB cord that can connect the Razr to the computer, but the phone didn't come with Motorola Phone Tools.
Is there other software to do what I want? To transfer a tiny audio file to my phone?
