I don't know about top notch and hilarious, but it has it's moments. One of my ex-roommates in college had some friends who would do/record backwater hillbilly skits and random stuff like this guy. Theirs was more developed though with acting, flannels/overalls/etc. and moving around locations but it was all ad libbed and still gutter gorilla filmmaking. Not my cup of tea at all but I can understand it. It seems stupid to a lot of people, but once you listen to it and follow it for a bit you start to realize they're telling a funny short story.
