balltop on RO

After reading the massive Red Octane case thread, I modded my RO case with a Happ, replaced the buttons, expanded the bottom, and was done with it. Unfortunately, I bought a crap version and gotta replace it now. Reading through the old RO thread again, Sanwa JLW battop is a great replacement without length issues, this I know. However I wanted to try to stick a balltop JLW instead. There were these "extended" Sanwa JLWs mentioned in the thread but they don't seem to be around anymore. Does the normal Sanwa JLW balltop sold by suppliers seem to fit RO cases without wood work AND comfortable to use?

I think it would sit really low and make it really hard to play. I believe the increased height of the bat is what makes it work so well in the RedOctane.
