Tekken 6 sticks = Sanwa Flash?!

a friend of mine just told me he saw a T6 machine opened today, and he said it had blue lights under the stick. lights under the CP are useless because they're invisible to anyone on the other side of the control panel. he took a picture and he's sending it to me tonight. i'll post up if anyone wants to see it.

is the Sanwa Flash back?

I would guess they're just to help the techs see better during maintenance. If it was a Flash would you really actually SEE the lights? I thought there were numerous baffles in the way.

Maybe they're just status LEDs to easily tell if everything makes proper contact or they're intended to show some sort of error codes for diagnostics :confused:

Uh...just because sticks are optical doesn't mean they shine lights up light an LED. The Flash doesn't shine when in use. I don't know what the light could be though.

i was gonna ask you about that paik, but you were away on AIM when i checked, lol...

yeah i dunno. now that i think about it, it would probably be really hard to tell on/off optically if the light is too bright. i never checked my ASCII optical stick while it was connected to the port, so i don't know, haha... guess i just got excited about it. does anyone know for sure what the stick is though?
