Is there a way to buy a convertor to let you use the Saturn Pad for the PS2..I'm not talking about the PS2 Saturn pad..My nefpew what's to play Street Fighter 2..

no but you can use a Saturn pad on the PS3 with a PC Joybox 3in1 converter.
