Yun and Yang in SFIV

It appears that Yun and Yang are going to have an appearance in the SFIV.

Whether or not they are playable characters remain to be seen.

Careful analysis shows that Yun and Yang can be seen here (http://ruliweb.empas.com/ruliboard/read.htm?table=game_ps04&page=1&num=38274) in the first screenshot at the top. Yun can be seen with his skateboard with Yang alongside him.

Having characters in the background is usually a guarantee that they won't be actually playable, and those aren't actually yun and yang so if anything there still is a tiny chance that one of them might make it.

To unlock Yun, you have to get to the China stage, and on that match, win with double perfects without blocking. But you have to finish off your opponent off with an Ultra Combo. If you do this correctly, Yun will jump down on his skateboard and challenge you. During this fight, you must taunt 20 times, and then you'll unlock Yang as well. It's very difficult but since I'm so good, I can pull it off.

Flimsy evidence but I have atleast some confidence that Yun will make it in. Hes one of the few SF3 characters that have appeared in games other than SF3. Its a longshot but it could happen.

Hmm... I said that it appears that Yun and Yang are in the screenshot. But not 100%, sorry if i mislead anyone.
Further analysis with the close-in (provided by chunbelievable) shows that it is in fact two chinese man sitting on the roof.
