SF 4 Tier Levels

I know we haven't even had the game here yet, but with what the Japanese have played of SF 4, have they established any type of tier list? Who they think are the better characters based on what they've played so far???

If SF4 has a Mag/Storm/Cable/Sent equivalent, I most likley will be VERY dissapointed.

Thats just poor balancing on the developers part there.

The game just having second lock test... What tiers are you talking about? Things can change 1000 times till arcade release.
